Actually Helped My Metabolism and Gut Health!
I’ve been taking these capsules for about two weeks now and honestly I can feel a noticeable difference. My metabolism used to feel very slow, and I often felt bloated and heavy after eating, but since starting this supplement my digestion feels much better and my stomach feels lighter.
I also noticed I have more energy throughout the day and less swelling. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on my stomach, which is important because some gut health products can feel too strong. How I found out that I'm Allergic to ashwaganda
I had a very bad reaction to this product. I had a very sore, scratchy throat. Felt like I was going down with the flu. My entire body was itchy too. My doc told me to stop taking this because I am most likely allergic to ashwaganda. I threw the remaining pills in the trash. I am feeling much better now.

Wrecked my stomach
Shipping was months late.
DOESN'T SAY IN DESCRIPTION THAT THEY SHIP FROM CHINA.
NO RETURN OPTIONS
When they finally arrived, I took them for 3 weeks and my stomach was a wreck. Couldn't eat, very bloated, felt constantly full, nauseous 15-20 minutes after taking it and couldnt go to the bathroom regularly. DO NOT BUY!!
