What Plants Love This?
 

Perfect for Jungle Plants or Aroids like Anthurium, Alocasia, Dieffenbachia, Monstera, Philodendron, ZZ plants, as well as Calatheas, String of Hearts or Turtles, Dracaena Dragon Trees, Hoyas, Palms, Pothos, etc.

Also recommended for the ever-popular winter indoor plant, the Christmas Cactus -i.e. Schlumbergera species. This cactus and many Aroids listed above are epiphytic, which means they can be found growing up the side or in the branches and crevices of trees in rainforests as opposed to in the ground.

When Should I Water?

  • Despite these specialized mixes containing more chunky/gritty components compared to other soil mixes, they hang onto moisture for the root ball effectively. No need to water more frequently! 
  • Generally for indoor settings with established plants, one deep watering every 10-14 days is usually plenty.
  • Watering weekly will likely still lead to root rot if the root system doesn't get a chance to fully breathe between watering sessions.

If you live in a high rise building, or where there is lots of foot traffic and can see in your windows, this is a must have. It's portable, can fold down one or two walls and easy to move around. Put together once, and block out light and eyes while tall enough to see over. You can fold it up along the wall, and use it to block out the blinds or light when using a projector so that it's darker. You can use it to partician the room if you share one, and separate your pile of junk from your room so you don't look at it, can take quite a bit of towel weight and clothes and doesn't tip over. Sturdy bottom metal and easy to put together. I got the grey one, and glad I did. I use it everyday and is part of my room decor. I love it, and after using it for a few months it's quite durable. The quality is there for sure. A tad pricey, but worth it. Must have for a private person.

It's very stable which was hugely important to me because I'm fostering many many cats. It's not cheap looking and the light color fabric allows enough light to pass through that it doesn't darken the room substantially. I think the price was very reasonable
