The USMC MARPAT Reversible Field Tarp is a versatile, mission-ready shelter system designed for rapid deployment in any environment. Issued to U.S. Marines, this durable tarp features woodland MARPAT on one side and coyote brown on the other—offering effective concealment in multiple terrains. With reinforced grommets and snap closures, it can be configured as an expedient poncho, field-expedient shelter, or camouflage concealment for gear, positions, or vehicles.
Built from rugged, waterproof material, the reversible tarp is ideal for bushcraft, camping, survival kits, and military surplus collectors. Lightweight, packable, and ready for action—this is one of the most flexible tools in the USMC’s field gear lineup.
The tarpaulin size is approximately 80" x 90"
It features 8 grommets and drawstrings on its corners and sides. The USMC Coyote Brown side is nylon coated with flame resistant urethane and the MARPAT camo side is rip stop nylon. It also features snaps down the side to either fashion a waterproof cover for your sleeping bag or connect more than one tarp together to make a larger shelter.
These are a must-have for bug out bags, vehicular usage, and camping.
