Omega-3 Plus does not require preservatives due to its liquid form and offers a higher concentration of EPA and DHA than conventional capsule products. Just two teaspoons (10 ml) contain 1640 mg EPA and 1300 mg DHA of high-quality and purity.
Our fish oil is sourced from sustainable and certified wild fish caught in the cold northwestern marine regions and further processed in Norway. A natural refreshing citrus flavour was added to mask the unpleasant fish taste. The formula is further complemented by vitamin D3, the so-called sunshine vitamin, as many populations suffer from vitamin D deficiency in winter.
Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D are required for numerous body functions i.a. the cardiovascular system and immune defense.

Application
We recommend taking Omega-3 Plus daily, either in the morning or evening but not shortly before physical activity.
Store at room temperature. Once opened, store in refrigerator to preserve quality (6 weeks).
note: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake (10 ml). Pregnant and breastfeeding women max. tsp (2.5 ml) per day. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet as well as for a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children.
Preparation
Take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) daily. 10 ml satisfy the daily recommended nutrient intake (3g EPA + DHA).
Maximum amount of 5 g EPA + DHA can be consumed safely a day according to EFSA (European Food Safety Authority). Human studies on the health effect of EPA and DHA are usually carried out with a dosage between 2-5 g a day (6,7 16.7 ml).
