Was für Schweinefleisch für Schnitzel?

Für Schnitzel wird bei uns oft Schweinefleisch aus der Oberschale verwendet, weil es qualitativ hochwertiger ist, während Schweinekotelett bei uns mit bzw. am Knochen ist. Die Schweine-Oberschale ist ein mageres und zartes Fleischstück, das sich ideal zum Panieren und Braten eignet. Es wird in dünnen Scheiben geschnitten, damit es beim Braten schnell gar wird und eine knusprige Kruste bekommt. Die Oberschale ist eine beliebte Wahl für Schnitzel aufgrund ihrer Zartheit und ihrer Fähigkeit, Aromen und Gewürze gut aufzunehmen.

Die Regionalmarke EIFEL ist eine der ältesten Regionalmarken in Deutschland. Schon 2003 beschloss man in der Eifel regionale Produkte unter einer Qualitätsmarke zu vermarkten. Als Markenzeichen wurde das gelbe "e" auf vierfarbigen Grund entwickelt. 2013 hat sich die Firma Peter Hünten diesem Regionalverbund angeschlossen und wird seitdem jährlich geprüft und zertifiziert.

Psyllium Husk is supposed to the one of the best kinds of fiber but I find I need to take a lot of these pills for the same effect - a dose is 6-9 pills a day, spread out. Other brands I've been able to take 1 a day and that's enough but these I need 2-4. The flavor is mild but noticeable, there is no aftertaste at all. The pills are capped in soft plastic and not too big so they're very easy to swallow. You get 500 in a bottle so definitely getting your money's worth.
