Taking proper care of your Evolve FREEQ® Goggles is essential to ensure their longevity and to maintain their performance. Here are some general guidelines to follow:
- Rinse After Use:
After each use, rinse the goggles thoroughly with clean, fresh water. This helps remove chlorine, salt, or other chemicals that may be present in the water and can contribute to the deterioration of the goggles over time.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals:
Avoid using harsh chemicals (such as sunscreen) on the goggles, as they can damage the materials. If needed, use mild soap and water to clean the goggles, and rinse them thoroughly.
- Avoid Touching Lenses:
Handle the goggles by the straps or frame to prevent fingerprints, oils, or dirt from transferring to the lenses. If the lenses need cleaning, use a soft microfiber cloth to gently wipe them.
