These small pastel bird decorations make ideal air plant stands. Air plants are a relatively easy-to-keep indoor plant that have no roots, making them perfect decorations for our little bird planter. Each air plant holder is handcrafted in our small pottery studio in Devon. The pale yellow glaze adds a subtle splash of colour and works well in bathrooms and childrens' bedrooms.

The ceramic birds will fit any room - home them on windowsills, shelves, tables, desks, or even on top of your fireplace (just make sure the light is right for your chosen plant). Air plants are a great contemporary way to decorate your home, not to mention pretty simple! Air plants are ideal indoor plants that are relatively easy to maintain and don't need soil. This means less mess and more style.

Fashion your bird by choosing its plumage in the form of an air plant. If you're an air plant beginner, we recommend an Ionantha or a Capitata Peach, but if you're feeling more confident or are green-fingered then why not try a Caput or Juncifolia. It is essential you care for your air plant as soon as it arrives, especially if you are giving it as a gift.

PLEASE NOTE: We take great care to ensure the air plants leave us in top condition. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of air plants we will only be able to exchange or refund if the plant arrives damaged. Please notify us immediately if the plant has been damaged in transit, including images. Your bird may differ slightly from those shown in the images as each one is totally unique, every part is made by hand - from their beaks to their bodies and the glaze. Please also be aware that the appearance of the air plant will vary as it depends on our current stock.
