This toy is sized for trans men who have started transition. It is designed for folks who have been on testosterone therapy for awhile and have experienced genital growth. At the same time, the opening is definitely smaller than the Packer Gear FTM or the Buck Off models. For those with smaller bits, it may still be too large, though you could experiement with using a pump like the NYTC Trans Masc Pump first.

Measures approx. 2" tall x 1.5" in diameter at its widest point.
