Featuring a durable aluminium honeycomb hard-shell roof and the innovative X-hinge system, Kalahari-X provides extra interior space, smooth setup, and an additional end window for ventilation and panoramic views.

Inside, enjoy a comfortable 135 x 215 cm sleeping area for two, a 50mm memory foam mattress, built-in dimmable LED lights, internal charge station (USB/Cig socket), storage pockets, and a roof-mounted organizer with an iPad viewing window. Military-grade 320g ripstop canvas with Black-Out and UV coatings blocks light and ensures privacy for a restful night outdoors.

Practical features include a heater port for diesel heaters (heater not included), optional integrated load bars for up to 50kg of gear, boot bag, and a sleek telescopic ladder extending to 2.3m. The tent comes with a complete fitting kit compatible with most roof racks and crossbars.

Updated for 2026:

Kalahari-X (2) now features a double slot base, making it easier to attach awnings, shower rooms, accessories directly to the tent using the optional mounting brackets. 

We added an integrated Charging Centre with USB and Cigarette socket plugs, with an anderson connector handily mounted under the front of the tent to hook up to your vehicle power (no lead supplied).

Another key feature is the new lighter base and roof panel, resulting in a useful reduction in overall weight.

Finally we've changed the window rods to work better with 270 degree awnings.

Installation:

• Attach Kalahari-X to 2x 100kg load bars or Roof Racks
• Use the 2x mounting rails under the tent length and sliding m8 bolts and locking plates
• Check your roof load rating is suitable
• Check your bars/rack rating is suitable
