The patented TacTie Polymer Joining Clip (PJC) is a heavy duty injection molded hardware component developed by the Maxpedition design team, and it comes in 2 sizes: PJC3 and PJC5. It is used to integrate accessory pockets and pouches onto packs, vests, ATLAS™ surfaces, PALS surfaces and MOLLE equipment in an interlocking manner. The TacTie PJC is secure when properly woven but may be disengaged by hand without the aid of tools. They are backwards compatible with older Maxpedition pouches backed with webbing as well as fully MOLLE / PALS compatible.

Beautiful Decorative and Light Weight Shelving!

Beautiful shelving. Came with hardware for hanging and a ruler strip template for mounting locations, although the holes did not match up with the shelf holes. Shelves are just the right size for my purpose and also decorative and light weight.

sturdy, solid wood, a couple of blemishes
Color: Black
The shelves are securely packed for shipping. The box for the actual item was dented and smashed at one corner, but the contents were well secured. The support braces (6 in total) had a blemish on one - which I will cover with black permanent marker and face on the inside. The second support, which was packed so one could see the defect upon opening of the box, had a couple of dings on the top of the shelf and a huge notch taken out of the side of the support - which is black and near the top and shouldn't be noticable. I question the quality control to ship out that piece with the serious notch, especially because it was right on top when you opened the box, fully visible. I originally thought it was an angled hole for a screw, until I read the instructions and then realized the others didn't have that notch. The 3 shelves are fine except for the one with a few small dings/dents on the top side. The set comes with dowels, all hardware and so forth. Overall these are solid sturdy shelves.
