Description
Bach Filaree Flower Essence provides essential support for individuals who become consumed by trivial details, worry excessively about minor issues, or lose perspective on what truly matters in life. This specialized essence is prepared from the tiny Filaree flower (Erodium cicutarium) and addresses the tendency to magnify small problems while losing sight of the bigger picture. The essence promotes healthy perspective, emotional balance, and the ability to distinguish between significant issues and minor inconveniences. The travel-friendly 0.25 oz size makes it perfect for carrying during stressful periods or situations prone to triggering worry and anxiety. Bach's meticulous preparation process ensures the essence captures Filaree's natural ability to restore proper perspective and emotional proportion. This essence is particularly valuable for perfectionists, anxious individuals, and those who tend to catastrophize or become overwhelmed by life's normal challenges. Filaree essence supports mental clarity, emotional resilience, and the wisdom to focus energy on what truly deserves attention and concern.
Suggested Use
Take 2-4 drops under the tongue when caught up in worry or minor details, repeating every 30 minutes until perspective returns. For chronic worry patterns, use 4 drops 3 times daily for 4-6 weeks. Can be added to evening tea to promote peaceful sleep free from trivial concerns and mental chatter.
