jam pedal waterfall WaterFall BassA JAM pedals favorite for a lot of guitar, bass and keyboard players, the WaterFall is serving as a mainstay on boards of such greats as John Scofield, Nels Cline, Steve Lukather, Anthony Jackson and John Mesdeski for many years now, and has established itself as one of the best analog chorus vibrato pedals in the market. It features the MN3207 BBD chips, 2 toggle switches, the first to select between chorus and vibrato modes, and the other to switch

A JAM pedals favorite for a lot of guitar, bass and keyboard players, the WaterFall is serving as a mainstay on boards of such greats as John Scofield, Nels Cline, Steve Lukather, Anthony Jackson and John Mesdeski for many years now, and has established itself as one of the best analog chorus/vibrato pedals in the market.

It features the MN3207 BBD chips, 2 toggle-switches, the first to select between chorus and vibrato modes, and the other to switch to a “wetter” effect resulting in a deeper, more contemporary sounding chorus, or a more intense, deranged vibrato sound! Max out the Depth and Speed controls to get Leslie-speaker type effects!

The WaterFall is an extremely versatile, rich, 3D sounding, tone- machine that has converted even the most rigid of chorus-haters!

*The WaterFall features soft-click (relay) switching.

ARTISTS USING THE WATERFALL:

John Scofield, Steve Lukather, John Abercrombie, Nels Cline, John Medeski, David Hidalgo, Daniel Lanois, Jim Campilongo, Lee Ranaldo, Anthony Jackson, Jeff Berlin, Dweezil Zappa, Greg Koch, Eivind Aarset, Guy Pratt, Robert Randolph, Julien Kasper, Paul Reed Smith, Joe Robinson

ARTISTS QUOTES:

“I like the WaterFall pedal and use it a lot now. It does what my old chorus did and some cool new stuff that I’ve never heard before!” John Scofield

“I love this pedal (WaterFall), it sounds great and mixes well with other effects! It’s always on my pedalboard nowadays!” Steve Lukather

“The WaterFall introduces itself as a chorus pedal but is much more than that. I use it for rotating speaker sounds as well as for amazingly wild, wobbly pitch-shifting effects that are like nothing else out there. Very special.” Nels Cline

“I’m not someone who has ever used or enjoyed a chorus pedal, but I was looking for something that simulated the sound of a Leslie rotary cabinet. The WaterFall fit the bill perfectly and gave me an approximation of that tremolo/rotary effect and more – a unique sounding effect unlike any other pedal I’ve heard! This pedal is great for lead guitar work, to add a far-out color to the sound. I’ve come to rely on it for use with my electric band but it’s also found it great in the studio for situations where I want something a bit out of the ordinary... As with all of JAM’s pedals, the build quality is exceptional and the sound is great!” Lee Ranaldo

“I have only used chorus effects in the past to replicate a leslie. The WaterFall chorus is a textural dynamo. I use it to create moist soundscapes that warble and flow at the same time. You step on it and the ‘wow’ factor is engaged.” Greg Koch

“The WaterFall is a great chorus and vibrato, and I use both effects to get this kind of weird but pleasant slight out-of-tuneness!” John Abercrombie

“The WaterFall may appear to be a standard box, but its audio quality is clearly exceptional in the field. Jannis is attentive to circuit design and is continually upgrading. As well, he does serious custom work. My verdict? A major recommendation.” Anthony Jackson

“...the WaterFall is the best sounding chorus pedal I have heard...” Julien Kasper

Not bad for mountain biking.
Although these are not categorized as mountain biking shorts, I bought them specifically for that purpose when riding on hot summer days. It is a well-made apparel with high quality material and accurate sizing. I've worn it on countless rides and has held up very well. Despite the number of wash cycles these have gone through it hasn't shrunk, faded or ripped. It still looks and feel as it did when new. Overall, I’m satisfied with these shorts and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for mountain biking or any other outdoor sports you may be into.

Takes a Licking and Keeps on Ticking
Color: Green/Black
I love this watch despite the fact that it is really a toy. I love the look of the watch, I love how lite the weight of the watch is on my wrist, and it really does keep good time if you manage the solar charge properly. Other than looking cool on your wrist, this watch has absolutely no functions other than time keeping. The black plastic bezel is molded into the case and does not turn, so don't plan on using that. The watch has no light, the dial numbers are non-luminous and the hands are very limited in terms of luminosity. No buttons. All you can do is adjust the time and date by pulling out what used to be a winding stem in the good old days. The small tag on the strap with Geographic coordinates shown on it indicate the location of the old Timex manufacturing facility (SW of Waterbury, CT). I have a nice ledge at my bedroom window and it gets good western sun for a good part of the day regardless of the time of year. On this ledge you will find a half dozen solar powered watches (mostly Casio) properly aligned to maximize the charge they may receive each day. Note that the description for this Timex watch specifically states that a lightbulb won't charge this watch. You need direct sunlight for several hours if you want to get more than a 3-week charge into this watch. So, I'll leave you with a couple of tips, my friends; 1.) If you are looking for a first watch to give your outdoorsy oriented Son or Daughter, then give them this one. Why? Because it is cool looking, fairly well built, and it actually works, 2.) After you receive your Timex watch, be sure to keep the display mount it is packaged with. It makes a great fixture to mount your watch on for charging and allows you to maximize the position of the solar cells on the dial so that you can optimize charging time. Have Fun! Jimmy

Excellent value, flawless performance for well over a year and no signs of quitting.
Color: Green/Black
Excellent value, had this for well over a year and it still keeps perfect time, still water resistant. No worries about having to change batteries. Owned a fancy expensive (battery) watch once and the dept. store repair intentionally sabotaged the watch in the hopes I would purchase another from them. Yeah, good luck with that, lost my business forever. This is the 21st century, cell phones are the new time pieces, but solar is totally reliable and Timex makes it happen. Holds a charge for many months, although I prop it in a bright window for a few days every few months or so just to make sure the cells are always fully charged, although it's probably unnecessary, just being over cautious. I haven't actually experienced this watch ever running out of power even after months of use. Damn impressive, as it should be.

Good value for solar watch
Color: Black/Orange
Nice watch! It is plastic like but it is solar. No indiglo button only a little luminous on the hands so you don't want to wear it in tje dark and expect to check the time. 45mm case is good size for my wrist and the band works good also, Not too long not too short. Overall a good watch with no problems
