  • Two independent Boost circuits in one compact chassis
  • Clean channel offers +20 dB of boost with flat frequency response
    • Vintage channel offers +20 dB of boost with high-end roll off
    • Separate input/output jacks for each channel
    • Cascade channels or place a pedal in between them
    • Works in FX loop or front-end of amp
    • True Bypass Switching x 2

A unique concept in booster design, the DB10 features two completely independent boost circuits in a single compact housing.

The Clean (Left) channel offers up to +20 dB of clean boost with a completely flat frequency response.

The Vintage (Right) channel is Maxon’s take on the classic Treble Booster circuit.  It offers up to +20 dB of boost, but with a subtle high-frequency roll-off that increases as the Level is turned towards maximum.

Each circuit has its own input and output jacks, allowing them to be cascaded into one another in any order.  Place an overdrive or distortion in-between the channels for additional tonal options – super-saturated overdrive that can then be level-boosted for solos, etc.

One of the many great features of the DB10 is the proximity of the bypass switches to one another, allowing the user to hit both switches simultaneously.

Independent status LED’s indicate which channel is engaged and both channels feature True Bypass Switching using a 3PDT switch.  Battery or DC (9-18 V) power options.

Nice way to learn about a trip to D.C.
      Format: Flexibound
I got this for my kids to read before we went to Washington D.C. The pages are colorful, illustrated, and have short bursts of interesting details about the various attractions available to tourists who are visiting. My kids were eager to find the places on our itinerary and read about them ahead of time. They learned what to expect and were sure not to miss the important aspects of our tours. This book is recommended for 9 to 12 year olds and I think that is the perfect range. There is just enough information to peak their interest and not so much that they get bored by reading a bunch of text. The Table of Contents wasn't that informative in finding specific places, but the index was. My kids preferred to leaf through the whole book and find what was interesting to them.

Not good for travel, picture book only
      Format: Flexibound
This is a beautiful book with fantastic illustrations and an engaging color palette. It includes a good variety of historical background information and sightseeing locations. However, it is a better picture book for browsing only. It is not a good travel book for kids to plan their own adventures. Who has ever heard of a travel book without maps?! No maps, no directions, no coordinating subway/bus maps. The printing is exceptionally small, almost too small to read. The book should have been made larger to accommodate the text. The text is excellent, but it printed as if the publisher never expected the kid/parent to read it. On one hand, our family really enjoyed how engaging the book appeared, but we were disappointed in its quality as a travel book. It shouldn’t be marketed as a travel book, but a geography book series.

      I loved the switch!
New Yorker Haley found herself on a remote Australian cattle station working as a Jillaroo. One of her roommates is veteran rancher Jenna who is to show her the ropes as part of the contract with this fully paid "switch!". They soon find out that Haley is the worst Jillaroo ever, but she tries very hard and never gives up. I loved all the Aussie terms and descriptions and felt comfortably immersed in the Outback experience! Cheyenne wrote a beautiful story that was serious, yet humorous, filled with very enjoyable characters. I also enjoyed the way in which she crafted their love story and the way in which Haley became a part of the ranch's community. Well done, Cheyenne. This book was totally enjoyable!
