Produktbeschreibung

Der Dachträger für deinen Mercedes Vito / Mercedes Viano ist universell einsetzbar. Er kann direkt auf die Anschraubpunkte, installiert werden.

Der Dachträgerfuß ist höhenverstellbaren und kippbaren. Dadurch kannst du leichte Höhenunterschiede ausgleichen und so ganz einfach deinem Einsatzzweck anpassen.

Warum gibt es einen großen und einen kleinen Dachträgerfuß?
Ganz einfach der Vito ist extrem "rund" und hat 4 Aufnahmepunkte. Ganz vorne und ganz hinten werden jeweils die großen Füße installiert. Die kleinen Dachträgerfüße sind für die beiden mittleren Anschaubunkte. Damit kann die extreme Dachrundung ausgeglichen werden.


Aufbauanleitung

So installierst du den Dachträgerfuß / den Dachträger auf deinem Fahrzeug:

An Fixpunkte / Anschraubpunkte

  • Dachträgerfüße an Anschraubpunkten mit Schrauben ansetzen
  • Dachträgerrahmen (längs und quer empfohlen) aus Aluprofilen bauen und Dachträgerfüße zueinander ausrichten. Dieser Punkt stabilisiert das ganze System zusätzlich. Hier also sauber und präzise arbeiten!
  • Dachträgerfüße fest an den Fixpunkten des Fahrzeugs verschrauben und mit Schraubensicherung sichern (z.B. Loctite 243).
  • alle Muttern und Schrauben am Dachträger mit Schraubensicherung festziehen

Wenn du die Camper & Go Markise anbauen möchtest, lies dir unbedingt den Punkt "Camper & Go Markise" genau durch!

Camper & Go Markise  - unbedingt lesen!

Sieh dir unbedingt dieses Aufbauvideo vom Mercedes Vito L3 an.

Bei diesen Trägern kann die Markise mit Frontmontage, Seitenmontage, oder Unterflurmontage Installiert werden. Auch eine Kombination daraus ist möglich.

Zur Installation müssen zwei Markisenhalterungen / entsprechende Adapter von Lochmitte zu Lochmitte, exakt 250cm, 260cm, 300cm... entfernt von einander montiert sein, sonst funktioniert das Markisensystem nicht richtig. Der Abstand ist abhängig von deiner Fahrzeuglänge und deiner Markisenauswahl.

Da der Dachträger vom Mercedes Benz Vito genau diese Länge nicht hergibt, solltest du deinen "Rahmen" aus Aluprofil entsprechend groß bauen.
z.B. Würde ich die vorder Markisenhalterung mit S 01 direkt durch den Dachträgerfuß führen. Die hintere Markisenhalterung entsprechen durch Adapter 01 oder Adapter 04 anpassen.

Brauch ich dafür TÜV?

Nein. Alle, was du an deinem Dachträger, oder auf dem Fahrzeug befestigst zählt als Ladung. Es darf nur nicht fix mit der Karosse verbunden sein (z.B. geschweißt). Du bist nur dafür zuständig, dass es ausreichend gesichert ist.

Der Anbau sollte durch qualifiziertes Fachpersonal erfolgen! Im eigenen Interesse und zum Schutz anderer muss alles sicher und stabil sein! Safety First!

Beachtet unbedingt die zulässigen Dachlasten des Fahrzeugs!

Zusätzliche Aufbauhöhe bei gesamten Träger: ca. 60mm

Das universelle Lochbild auf der Oberseite des Dachträgers ermöglicht dir eine Vielzahl von Dachaufbauten. Es ist dafür gemacht, dass du sowohl in Längs-, als auch in Querrichtung deine Aluprofile installieren kannst, ohne zusätzliche Versteifungswinkel zu benutzen. Alles lässt sich direkt am Dachträgerfuß fixieren. Passt für alle gängigen Aluminiumprofile. Item, Bosch,...

Gemacht für Profile mit Nut8. Mit ausreichend Unterlegscheiben ist Nut6 aber ebenso möglich.

Lieferung in die Schweiz

In die Schweiz werden keine Bausätze verschickt! Alles andere ist kein Problem. Aber die Bausätze wären in sie Schweiz Speditionsware, was erheblichen Aufwand und Kosten verursacht. Bitte bestellt in diesem Fall einfach Das Dachträgerfuß -Set und organisiert euch die Aluprofile in der Schweiz.

Easy to put together, color (mustard) accurate to images, and while I understand this is not a high-end chair, I feel like it still needs to be rated for its quality. Pros: the seat cushions are fairly comfortable and it rolls well. Adjustable footrest is easy enough and mostly sturdy. Cons: For a tall office chair, it doesn't go up high enough. I actually had to lower my standing desk to sit at it, which then isn't where I want it when I'm standing now. It's also a bit wobbly. The seat area's attachment to the post isn't as solid as it should be for a tall chair, so while sitting, it does tend to lean/slope forward and wobble side to side. The lumbar support is not adjustable, so I'm not even really sure what it does. And the armrests are not very comfortable to use. Since they are hard plastic, they are just a bit too rigid to rely on for any comfort. They are basically there to hold on to when you're getting out of the chair.

I have received this chair just today and would like to give my first impressions of it. Height is super adjustable as well as the foot rest. My desk is very tall (~34 inches vs standard ~29 inches) and does not suit a standard height chair. This chair's height is enough to sit comfortably at mybut also still having adjustment to be even higher. Lumbar support is a manual adjustment that can be adjusted by sliding the lumbar piece up or down and it seems it can be tiled as well. No reclining feature or slight backrest tilt adjustment. I'm used to my chairs reclining so it feels a little awkward siting in a flat base and straight backrest. I feel like I'm sitting too forward or leaning forward slightly but is probably something I can get use to. Easy to put together and feels very sturdy. Plastic parts of chair are made from a really sturdy plastic, like playhouse plastic materials. Wheels roll around carpet easily. Mesh seems to be a strong material, though the mesh feels kind itchy on bare skin. Overall, I think this is a good chair to get if you're needing a tall chair for a good value and can sacrifice no backrest tilt.

I have an adjustable-height desk (also purchased from Amazon) and needed a drafting chair for those times when my body gets tired of standing. This chair fits the bill and then some! But it's perfect for those of us who are vertically challenged. I love that it glides easily on my hardwood floors and that it turns 360 degrees. The chair comes in numerous luscious colors, so take your pick! It is very sturdy, has good lumbar support, and the seat and seat back are very comfortable. And the arms flip up, which was an absolute must when I was shopping for this chair. I got it on sale, too -- $109.00 -- and I'm delighted with this purchase.
