This specific Kaladesh Invention test print is one of only three copies known to exist, and features artwork for the Mox Opal accompanied by card text for Hedron Blade.
Note that the "TES" expansion abbreviation and 407/410 card number in the lower left corner indicate that this card is a test print and that it is the 7th out of 10 different Kaladesh Invention test prints created.
Additionally, all of the Kaladesh test prints have the same artist, "Mollusca Bivalvia", which is neither the artist for the actual card art, nor even a person that actually exists; it is the scientific name for marine and freshwater mollusks.
