gear reduction Polaris Gear Reduction for 33"-35" Tires (XP Turbo/Turbo S/Pro XP/RS1)

This is our most commonly requested gear set package and a great value. Includes Ranger Low and Ace 325" gear kit with options for the HD Sandcraft Bearing Retainer Plate, Seals and Bearings. 

The two and four seat model Turbo RZR models come from the factory with different High and Reverse gearing so this kit provides a different reduction for two seaters vs four seaters in High and Reverse.  The overall reduction for Low gear is ~53% for both two and four seaters.  This reduction is ideal for riders wanting a better crawl ratio when running 33"-35" tires. 

Two Seater Reduction:
Net reduction: 53.67% Low : 26.54% H & R

Four Seater Reduction:
Net reduction: 53.48% Low : 12.69% H & R

Sandcraft Bearing Retainer Plate replaces the weak Polaris Bearing Retainer Plate. The bearing plate is a must upgrade item while you have the transmission apart for the gear install.

For higher mileage machines and added piece of mind consider replacing the bearings and seals in your transmission while you have it apart with a Sandcraft seal kit or seals and bearings.

SANDCRAFT SHIFT PAWL (1060010) –  1018 Billet Steel 1 piece Shift Pawl is the only solution that fixes and prevents a broken OE Roller Pawl caused by aggressive shift detent star. When the factory pawl breaks, debris will fall down into the transmission gears. In some cases, this debris will collect at the magnet, but in most cases it will severely damage the transmission. If you find steel roller and rivet debris at the magnet, your shift pawl may be destroyed. If you don’t, you should replace the pawl before it breaks and potentially damages your transmission.
