However, succulents can easily be grown indoors under grow lights or in a sunny window if there is a risk of temperatures dropping below 30° F. If there is only a risk of freezing temperatures for a few days, most succulents do just fine outside if they are covered by frost cloth or a sheet until temperatures increase (I'm talking to you, Zone 9 friends).
Succulent Care: As with all succulents, it is best to follow a "soak and dry" schedule where you water your plants deeply (until water runs out the bottom drain holes), and then allow your soil to dry completely before watering again. Succulents should always be planted in well-draining cactus and succulent soil and in a pot or container that has drain holes. Be sure to provide your succulents with plenty of bright sunlight to maintain their vibrant colors and compact form.

Best quality I've found on Amazon yet

I've tried several different brands of black seed oil on here and so far this one seems like the best quality yet. It makes me feel really great when I take it regularly. I try to find one's with 2% tq or higher and this one has it. I see reviews where people won't take black seed oil bc of the taste and that it upsets their stomach and I concur on both, however, there are ways around both. To take, I put a teaspoon under my tongue and take a swig of water after to wash it down, then a few more swigs to get it all down and no taste left in the mouth. I never taste it that way. You also should take it after a meal, not on an empty stomach. It makes me very queasy and burpy if I don't eat first. So I make sure to take it after breakfast and no stomach issues at all! Highly recommend.

Although it's on a pricey side but this black seed oil is very well packaged (amber glass bottle packed in the carton tube) to preserve the quality. The taste is mild, not upseting the stomach if taken on empty stomach. I can't attest to a very specific results but I am taking it for Inflammation due to autoimmune process. I feel better overall I my body (less to no no aches, stamina) but I am not sure if this oil is to thank
